Real advised Fastighetsbolaget Trappan in the acquisition of two industrial properties. The properties are located in the municipality of Åstorp, northeast of the city of Helsingborg. The transaction was completed during Q2 2022.
Fastighetsbolaget Trappan aims to build a diversified property portfolio with active management for a god value development. The company is growing with focus on business opportunities in cities under development and mainly in offices, Big Box (large retail, warehouse and light industry) as well as newly produced housing buildings. Trappan aims to hold a property portfolio of SEK 10 billion within a five-year period.
The firm’s team consisted primarily of Partner Daniel Jönsson and Associates Simon Gille-Johnson, Emelie Bergman and Joel Öhrn.
