Real advises SannMatt AB, co-investors and associated companies in multiple investments and joint venture related matters. The work consists mainly of structural- and ownership issues in relation to investments and real estate development projects.
SannMatt, a family owned company founded in 1988, is involved in investments, capital management and financial advisory services.
The investment business includes long term holdings in fully or partly owned subsidiaries and associate companies, as well as investments in projects with fixed time frames.
The investment business is industry independent but with emphasis on property projects. What they all have in common though, is that SannMatt is able to provide capital as well as know-how while playing an active role in the process.
