Real advised NREP with the acquisition of a residential project in Slagsta Strand in Botkyrka. Construction will start during the first quarter of 2022 and occupancy is planned to take place during 2025.
The project has been developed by Botvid Holding and is financed by NREP, which will remain as a long-term property owner and manage the apartments. The project comprises 599 rental apartments divided into three blocks, with solar cell parks on the roofs and a battery park.
