Real advised NREP in the acquisition of the apartment building project Norra Vitsippan, located in Salem, south of Stockholm, from Skanska. The Project consists of seven buildings and 108 apartments in total. The buildings will be constructed with a framework of wood and the project is estimated to be completed during Q3 2021.
