Real advised Hemfosa in the acquisition of several LSS homes that are erected or under construction from Emrahus. The total value of this acquisition was approximately SEK 103,000,000. The acquisition is part of a larger cooperation that Hemfosa has entered with Emrahus regarding acquisition of completed and leased LSS homes.
