Emilshus is a real estate company that, based on Småland’s corporate culture, acquires, develops and manages high‑yielding commercial properties with Småland as its core market. As of 30 September 2023, the company’s property portfolio amounted to approximately 794,000 sq m of lettable area distributed among 127 properties with an emphasis on light industry, industrial service/professional trade and external and grocery trade. Emilshus’ ordinary shares and preferred shares have been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since June 2022.
