Real advised Coeli Fastighet I AB (publ) and Coeli Fastighet II AB (publ) in the acquisition of two properties in Åkersberga, Stockholm. The properties comprise of 1,415 sqm lettable area and approximately 2,000 sqm of land and a lettable area of 1,181 sqm and 2,800 sqm of land, respectively. During the ownership, Coeli will improve the properties. The total agreed property values were SEK 58,400,000. The transactions were completed during Q2 2020.
Coeli, which has existed since 1994, is a Swedish asset manager, trusted to manage approximately SEK 20 billion and whose asset management offers investors a comprehensive range of differentiated investment solutions including actively managed equities, single strategy hedge funds, real estate, Nordic private equity and discretionary mandates. Their real estate and private equity funds mean access to assets that are usually not available to private investors. Today, Coeli has about 70 employees and is located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Helsingborg, Uppsala and Örebro.
