REAL advised Urban Partners on the divestment of six care assets in Sweden

REAL Advokatbyrå advised Urban Partners on the divestment of a portfolio comprising six modern care and nursing home properties in Sweden.

The portfolio comprises approximately 27,000 sqm of lettable area and around 370 care units. The properties are located in the Stockholm region and southern Sweden and were completed between 2019 and 2021. They are fully leased to established operators under long-term agreements and have been developed to meet current requirements for care quality, working environment and operational standards.

The buyer is Northern Horizon, acquiring the portfolio through its Aged Care Social Infrastructure Fund (ACSIF). The divestment was carried out by Urban Partners through the Nordic Strategies Fund III (NSF III). The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2026.
