REAL Advokatbyrå has advised Urban Partners in connection with the divestment of the property Tvålen 4 on Stora Essingen in Stockholm.
Urban Partners has, through the NSF III fund, entered into an agreement to sell the property to Torslanda Property Investment (TPI). Tvålen 4 comprises approximately 3,300 sqm of leasable office space. The property is located adjacent to the light rail line, providing convenient access to central Stockholm and the regional road network.
