REAL has assisted Urban Partners in connection with the establishment of a joint venture with Granitor and Justim regarding a residential platform for senior housing.
Urban Partners (formerly Nrep), together with Granitor and Justim, has established a platform for the development and management of modern and energy-efficient senior housing. The joint venture has completed two separate acquisitions in Höganäs and Sigtuna respectively.
One of the acquisitions comprises three residential projects in Höganäs municipality with a total of 132 residential apartments. Of these, one project is completed whilst the other two are expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2027.
The second acquisition concerns a new project in Sigtuna Stadsängar with 91 residential apartments expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2027.
Together, the two acquisitions comprise 223 residential apartments with a total lettable area of approximately 17,400 square metres.
