Real advised Fastighetsbolaget Trappan in the acquisition of a property for retail purposes in Gothenburg. Sisjö Centrum is located south of central Gothenburg and the property’s leasable area amounts to 25,000 sqm. Among the tenants are well known brands such as Willys, XXL and Clas Ohlson. The transaction was completed during Q2 2022.
Fastighetsbolaget Trappan aims to build a diversified property portfolio with active management for a god value development. The company is growing with focus on business opportunities in cities under development and mainly in offices, Big Box (large retail, warehouse and light industry) as well as newly produced housing buildings. Trappan aims to hold a property portfolio of SEK 10 billion within a five-year period.
