REAL Advokatbyrå has advised Winäs Gruppen and LogiDev on the acquisition of the properties Stenbäret 1 and Stenbäret 3 in Nyköping, purchased from SBB and Adductor Fastigheter respectively.
The acquisition is made through the newly established joint company Stoneberry AB, a 50/50 joint venture between Winäs Gruppen and LogiDev focused on property development. The two industrial properties have a total property area of 84,000 sqm and a leasable area of 15,000 sqm, situated in a central urban location near the southern E4 motorway junction, adjacent to the city centre and Oxelösundsvägen in Nyköping.
The acquisition represents Stoneberry AB’s first transaction. The company intends to develop up to 33,000 sqm of leasable area in the locality and plans to commence construction of approximately 10,000 sqm of new development along Oxelösundsvägen in autumn 2026. The long-term objective is to establish a new hub for retail, professional trade, industry, and logistics in Nyköping.
