REAL Advokatbyrå advised Southbay on the acquisition of a newly developed logistics property in Klinga Logistics Park in Norrköping.
The building was completed in December 2025 and comprises approximately 17,700 sqm of modern, flexible logistics space. 11,100 sqm of the space is leased to a company within the Axel Johnson Group, under a long-term lease agreement. The property will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM Excellent.
The transaction is Southbay’s sixth investment since its launch last year. Including ongoing development projects, the portfolio now comprises approximately 200,000 sqm of logistics space in strong geographical locations.
