REAL Advokatbyrå has advised South Bay in the acquisition of two logistics properties of approximately 4,700 sqm located near Landvetter Airport outside Gothenburg.
South Bay has completed its fourth investment with the acquisition of two newly built and fully leased logistics properties adjacent to Landvetter Airport and State Road 40. The buildings were completed in 2023 and offer a total leasable area of approximately 4,700 sqm. The tenants are well established, with an average remaining lease term exceeding six years. Designed with high energy performance, the properties are set to be environmentally certified in line with South Bay’s sustainability strategy.
