Real Advokatbyrå has assisted South Bay in the acquisition of a logistics park located on the property Rausgård 22 in Helsingborg.
South Bay is developing a new logistics park on the property Rausgård 22 in Helsingborg. The project comprises approximately 65,000 sqm of logistics space across three phases and begins with the demolition of an existing building, which will be replaced by a modern logistics facility with a strong sustainability profile. A 15-year lease agreement has been signed with John Bean Technology Marel (JBT), which will relocate in 2027 to new premises totalling around 22,000 sqm, including production, warehousing, freezer facilities, and its new headquarters.
In addition to JBT’s establishment, an existing cold and freezer storage facility of approximately 12,000 sqm will be refurbished and made available for lease. The third phase includes the development of an additional 31,000 sqm of logistics space.
All buildings will be developed to the highest sustainability standards and certified according to BREEAM Excellent.
