The Real team advised Pedagogpoolen AB (formerly VRE Education AB) in its acquisition of a majority stake in Lärarjouren AB. The transaction was completed in January 2016.
Pedagogpoolen AB was established in 2001 by the founders of Stiftelsen Viktor Rydbergs Skolor, which owns and manages some of the most well renowned and reputable private schools in Sweden. Lärarjouren AB is a subsidiary to Pedagogpoolen focusing on providing substitute teachers to primary and high schools in the Stockholm region. The University of Stockholm and KTH Royal institute of Technology co-own the company together with Pedagogpoolen.
The firm’s team consisted primarily of Partners Patrik Lilieblad and Frida Lindberg.
