Real advised NREP in the acquisition of part of the property Upplands-Bro Örnäs 1:9 from Kilenkrysset. The transaction was completed during Q4 2016.
NREP, founded in 2005, is a private equity firm operating in real estate and real estate anchored business. NREP is ranked as one of the most consistently outperforming PERE managers worldwide. Full teams and offices were set up from inception in Denmark, Sweden and Finland, and the first fund was launched in 2006. Today NREP is a team of more than 100 professionals – of whom 56 are transaction or asset management professionals. Their investors include some of the world’s largest pension funds, insurance companies and wealth managers, who in turn safeguard the future and assets of millions of pensioners and benefit holders.
