The Real team advised NREP in the acquisition of part of the residential project called Karlastaden in Gothenburg. Karlastaden will be a new neighbourhood on Lindholmen in central Gothenburg. The area will include approximately 2,000 apartments and 70,000 sq m of commercial areas. A high rise residential tower, Karlatornet, will define the neighbourhood. The property value was approximately 1,5 billion SEK and the transaction was completed in June 2016.
