Real advised NREP with the acquisition of 283 newly produced apartments in Bålsta, Håbo municipality, with high sustainability profile from Scandinavian Property Group (SPG). The transaction includes three properties with a total area of just over 14,000 square meters of living space spread over three buildings with geothermal heating and solar cells installed and is expected to be certified according to BREEAM In-Use Very Good.
NREP is a long-term real estate investor that owns, develops, and manages with a focus primarily on housing, modern logistics and community properties as well as offices. In recent years, the company has expanded strongly within housing in Sweden and now has a portfolio of approximately 3,700 housing units under development in various phases.
