Real advised NREP with the acquisition of 145 residential apartments from Skanska in Bromstensstaden, in northwest Stockholm.
The apartments will be placed in an attractive location with developed infrastructure and vicinity to green areas. The 145 rental apartments will comprise an area of a total of 8730 sqm, including 10 LLS-homes and 395 sqm of commercial space. The start of construction is estimated for the second quarter of 2022 and is expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2025.
The project has received a sustainability certification, where all materials are carefully selected to reduce carbon dioxide emission. With sustainability as a guiding star, the acquisition will be NREP’s next step in the direction of expanding the housing portfolio with rental apartments.
