Real advised NREP with the acquisition of a housing project in Stora Sköndal, Stockholm, from Stora Sköndal Framtidsutveckling. The project shall comprise of 100 apartments and will be part of the new area Stora Sköndal, south of Stockholm. The transaction was completed during Q4 2020.
