Real advised Logicenters with the signing of lease agreement with Bring regarding the construction of a 32,000 sqm terminal to Bring. The new property, which is expected to be completed in early 2025, will be developed with modern technology and adapted to meet Logicenters’ and Bring’s high standards for low energy consumption. Among other things, solar panels will be installed on the roof, and it will be prepared with more charging stations than any other of Bring’s terminals in Sweden.
