Real Advokatbyrå has acted as legal advisor to Klövern in the acquisition of two properties located in the attractive area of Wendelstrand in Gothenburg. The acquisition, conducted in two separate transactions, grants Klövern building rights for approximately 200 residential units with planned sales starting after the summer. The properties were purchased from the real estate company Next Step Group, an affiliate of Balder, with the transfer of ownership is scheduled for later this year.
Wendelstrand is strategically located between Landvetter Airport and Gothenburg and is being transformed from a quarry into an inviting residential area with a total of approximately 1,000 homes. The area is being developed by OBOS, HSB, Balder, and Next Step Group, maintaining a high sustainability profile. Klövern’s properties are intended to be certified according to BREEAM-SE Excellent.
