REAL Advokatbyrå advised CapMan on the acquisition of the residential property Brokvarteret, located in Barkarby in the municipality of Järfälla.
The property was completed in 2025 and comprises a total of 409 rental apartments with a leasable area of approximately 18,300 sqm, including commercial space and parking. The property is aligned with the EU Taxonomy and holds an energy rating of class B. The seller is Slättö, and completion is expected in March 2026.
This transaction represents CapMan Real Estate’s residential fund’s third investment in Sweden.
