REAL Advokatbyrå has advised Brunswick in connection with the acquisition of ten properties through four separate transactions. The properties are located in Högdalen, Sollentuna, Upplands Bro, Täby, and central Uppsala, and comprises approximately 20,000 square metres of leasable area, focused on last mile and light industrial use.
The acquisitions form the foundation of Enreal, a newly established company launched by Brunswick in partnership with the U.S. pension fund Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS). The company targets well-located assets with strong transport links and potential for enhanced sustainability performance.
