REAL Advokatbyrå advised Barings on the acquisition of a build-to-rent project in Tumba, in southern Stockholm. Innovation Properties acts as the project developer for the project.
The project comprises 243 residential rental units across six residential buildings and a parking facility. The property is situated within walking distance of Tumba centre, with a 26-minute commuting distance to Stockholm city centre. All buildings are targeting an EPC A rating, with practical completion of the final unit expected in November 2028. The acquisition was made on behalf of a European value-add real estate strategy.
