REAL advised Barings in the sale of the office property Härolden 44, also known as Fleming 7, located on the eastern side of Kungsholmen in central Stockholm. The buyer is KLP Eiendom, and closing is scheduled for early September 2025. The purchase price was SEK 1,480 million.
The property comprises approximately 10,000 sqm of lettable space and features flexible office layouts along with amenities such as a restaurant, fitness centre, car and bicycle parking, and conference facilities. It holds a BREEAM In-Use certification, which was upgraded to Excellent during Barings’ ownership. All current tenants either signed new leases or extended existing agreements during that period.
