Real advised NREP with the acquisition of an elderly home in Hässleholm.

Real advised Altura with the acquisition of a 4,000 sqm elderly home under development in Hässleholm from Novum Samhällsfastigheter. The elderly home will comprise of approximately 60 apartments and will be finalised in late 2021. The transaction was completed during Q4 2019.

Altura, part of NREP, owns, manages and develops community service facilities with a primary focus on elderly homes in the Nordic region. The properties are adapted for both end users and care operators with the latest technology and sustainable materials in order to reduce the environmental impact without sacrificing comfort. Altura develops long-term and will be the obvious partner for both public and private care operators. Currently, about twenty elderly homes are being developed in Sweden and Denmark.

The firm’s team consisted primarily of Partner Mikael Laag and Associates Johan Asklund and Linnea Thörnvik.
