REAL Advokatbyrå has advised property companies Logicenters and Southbay in connection with a new lease agreement with Blåkläder for a newly built buffer warehouse in Lockryd, located between Svenljunga and Borås.

The property is being developed through a joint venture between Logicenters and Southbay and will comprise approximately 41,100 sqm. The lease with Blåkläder runs for 15 years, and the building will be environmentally certified to Breeam Excellent. Construction is scheduled to start in autumn 2026, with occupation planned for 2027.

Logicenters is the modern logistics specialist owned by Urban Partners. Southbay is a partner-owned real estate investment company focused on the Nordic logistics property market.
