REAL advised Logicenters on the acquisition of development rights totalling 37,259 square metres in Arlandastad, from Arlandastad Group.

Arlandastad is one of Sweden’s principal logistics locations, with direct access to Stockholm Arlanda Airport, the E4 motorway, and the region’s central transport corridors. The acquisition, completed through the latest fund in the NSF series, positions Logicenters to carry out future development projects in the Stockholm region, which constitutes Sweden’s largest consumer market.
