REAL Advokatbyrå advised ABG Fastena on the acquisition of three properties with a combined leasable area of 26,900 sqm. The vendor was Carlyle Europe Realty.

The properties are located across three of Sweden’s major metropolitan regions: Brunna Viby 19:24 in the north-west Stockholm area, Härryda Björröd 1:207 in the Gothenburg area, and Ängelholm Rebbelberga 26:28 in the Öresund region. The total site area amounts to 62,000 sqm. The vendor, Carlyle Europe Realty, is Carlyle’s pan-European real estate investment platform.
