REAL Advokatbyrå has advised Anguli Holding AB in connection with the sale of the real estate group Anguli Fastigheter AB to NP3 Fastigheter. The transaction corresponds to an underlying property value of approximately SEK 1.2 billion.
The transaction comprises a portfolio of commercial properties located in Lidköping, Falköping, Trollhättan, Uddevalla, Tidaholm and Nyköping. The properties are primarily focused on light industrial use.
The transaction has been structured as a share deal, whereby NP3 Fastigheter acquires the real estate group Anguli Fastigheter AB and thereby indirectly the underlying property portfolio. Closing will take place during Q2 2026.
