Real advised Turako AB in the divestment a real estate portfolio consisting of newly constructed educational properties located in Greater Stockholm to SBB for an agreed property value of SEK 283,000,000. The properties with 6,942 sqm lettable area comprise of three properties containing premises for both preschool and elementary school are located in the municipalities of Nacka and Huddinge.
Turako AB is one of Sweden’s premier private developer of educational properties. Taken in to account ongoing development projects an estimate of 6,000 children will attend a modern preschool or elementary school developed by Turako.
