Real advised Fastighetsbolaget Trappan in the acquisition of a property for industrial purposes in Göteborg. The property is a total of 5,348 sqm and consists of an industrial building that was produced 2020. The transaction was completed during Q2 2023.
Fastighetsbolaget Trappan aims to build a diversified property portfolio with active management for a god value development. The company is growing with focus on business opportunities in cities under development and mainly in offices, Big Box (large retail, warehouse and light industry) as well as newly produced housing buildings. Trappan aims to hold a property portfolio of SEK 10 billion within a five-year period.
