Real advised Fastighetsbolaget Trappan in the acquisition of a property for offices in Karlskrona. The property consists of a newly produced office building with a total of 6,604 sqm. The transaction was completed during Q1 2022.
Fastighetsbolaget Trappan aims to build a diversified property portfolio with active management for a god value development. The company is growing with focus on business opportunities in cities under development and mainly in offices, Big Box (large retail, warehouse and light industry) as well as newly produced housing buildings. Trappan aims to hold a property portfolio of SEK 10 billion within a five-year period.
