Real Advokatbyrå advised Thon Propertys in its acquisition of Hotel Terminus, a hotel property on Vasagatan 20 in Stockholm. The property contains 5,400 square meters of premises, which among other things contain 155 hotel rooms. The acquisition means that Thon Property now owns its first hotel property in Sweden.
Thon Property is the Swedish property division of Olav Thon Group, which is owned by Olav Thon Foundation. The Olav Thon Group owns around 500 properties, of which 10 are shopping centers in Sweden. Thon Property is responsible for the Swedish property portfolio.
