Real advised Logicenters in the signing of a lease agreement with Thomas Cook regarding a logistics facility on a property in Landskrona, where a building with a total area of approximately 24,000 sqm will be constructed. Half of the facility’s area will, at completion, be let to Thomas Cook. The transaction was completed during Q1 2019.
