Real advised Logicenters in its acquisition of a logistics property in Arlandastaden from Skanska. On the property, Skanska will build a logistics facility with a total area of approximately 25,000 sqm that after it been finalised shall be acquired by Logicenters and then let to Veddestagruppen.
