Real advised Logicenters on the acquisition of a logistics property in Eskilstuna from Charmilla Logistikfastigheter AB. A warehouse is being constructed on the property, which is expected to be completed by the end of April 2024 with a total area of approximately 71,600 sqm. A building right of approximately 27,000 sqm is also located on the property. The logistics company Logent – which operates the warehouse on behalf of Beijer Byggmaterial – will be the tenant on the property.
