Real advised Logicenters with the acquisition of a 87,737 sqm site in Kallhäll, approximately two miles outside central Stockholm. Logicenters has an initial plan to build a logistic facility of circa 53,050 sqm. Logicenters aims to environmentally certify the property with an environmental standard of at least Breeam Very Good and is also planning to install solar cell facilities on the roofs.
