Infrahubs has constructed a warehouse of 45,700 sqm on the property, that is fully let to Husqvarna AB (publ) since the warehouse was finalised at the end of 2022. Genesta is the new owner of the property. This is not the first time Infrahubs has divested properties to Genesta – in the summer of 2022, two logistics properties in Ljungby and Örebro were sold to the same buyer.
Infrahubs was founded in June 2020 when Catella and the former owners of the e-commerce company Royal Design joined forces and started the company. To meet the needs of the Swedish market, Infrahubs focuses on sustainable solutions and automated logistics properties.
