Real advised Bohild Fastigheter with the acquisition of three community service properties in Helsingborg. The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 12,500 sqm and constitutes two school properties in central Helsingborg and a health centre in Berga Industriområde.
Bohild was launched in 2021 by Brunswick Real Estate with Länsförsäkringar as a co-investor to invest in Swedish growth cities, with a focus on housing and community service properties. Bohild is a long-term owner with a high ambition to reduce the properties’ CO2 footprint through a large selection of energy-improving measures.
