The hotel has 532 rooms spread over 23,700 square meters and contains meeting and conference rooms, several bars and restaurants, a SPA-area and a gym. The hotel is fully let to Strawberry, one of the Nordic region’s largest hotel operators, under a long-term lease.

The hotel building, located at Skanstull, offers hotel guests from all over the world proximity to Södermalm and central Stockholm, as well as Avicii Arena, Fotografiska, Slakthusområdet and 3Arena. The modern and well-maintained hotel building has a strong sustainability profile with the BREEAM certification “Very Good”, with good opportunities to achieve BREEAM “Excellent”.
