The total purchase price for the properties amounted to approximately SEK 100 million. In connection with the acquisition of the five properties, Hems\u00f6 also received a land designation from the municipality of Lule\u00e5 regarding the construction of a retirement home. The investment amount regarding the retirement home development project amounts to approximately SEK 270 million. The transaction was completed in April 2017.<\/p>\n
