REAL Advokatbyr\u00e5 has advised ICA Fastigheter and Bonnier Fastigheter on a transaction pursuant to which Vendus Sweden AB (publ) is acquiring a total of 51 retail properties.<\/p>\n
The transaction involves ICA Fastigheter and Bonnier Fastigheter divesting their jointly owned property company, Trecore Fastigheter. As part of the transaction, Vendus is acquiring 35 retail properties through Trecore Fastigheter and a further 16 retail properties directly from ICA Fastigheter. In connection with the transaction, ICA Fastigheter and Bonnier Fastigheter will become shareholders in Vendus with board representation.<\/p>\n
Concurrently, ICA Fastigheter is acquiring 10 retail properties from Trecore Fastigheter.<\/p>\n
Closing is expected on 1 July, subject to the requisite foreign direct investment (FDI) notification receiving regulatory approval.<\/p>\n
