The two industrial properties have a total property area of 84,000 sqm and a leasable area of 15,000 sqm, situated in a central urban location near the southern E4 motorway junction, adjacent to the city centre and Oxel\u00f6sundsv\u00e4gen in Nyk\u00f6ping.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementtoproof\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The acquisition represents Stoneberry AB&#8217;s first transaction. The company intends to develop up to 33,000 sqm of leasable area in the locality and plans to commence construction of approximately 10,000 sqm of new development along Oxel\u00f6sundsv\u00e4gen in autumn 2026.
