REAL Advokatbyr\u00e5 advised Southbay on the acquisition of a newly developed logistics property in Klinga Logistics Park in Norrk\u00f6ping.<\/p>\n
The building was completed in December 2025 and comprises approximately 17,700 sqm of modern, flexible logistics space. 11,100 sqm of the space is leased to a company within the Axel Johnson Group, under a long-term lease agreement. The property will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM Excellent.<\/p>\n
The transaction is Southbay’s sixth investment since its launch last year. Including ongoing development projects, the portfolio now comprises approximately 200,000 sqm of logistics space in strong geographical locations.<\/p>\n
