REAL has advised CapMan in the acquisition of the project Bovetet in J\u00e4rf\u00e4lla from JM, with a property value of approximately SEK 692 million.<\/p>\n
The property is located in the centrally situated development area of S\u00f6derdalen in J\u00e4rf\u00e4lla. It comprises 205 residential units with a total residential area of 11,164 sqm, 237 sqm of commercial space, and 68 parking spaces in a garage. The project is under construction and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.<\/p>\n
The acquisition aligns with CapMan\u2019s strategy to invest in newly built rental properties in growth regions.<\/p>\n
