The properties are located in Stockholm and Uppsala and the area comprises of approximately 70,818 sqm land. On the property there are buildings consisting of 33,864 sqm of lettable area which are leased to Volvo Cars. The underlaying property value amounts to circa SEK 1.2 billion.<\/p>\n
