The portfolio is located in southern and central Sweden and amounts to approximately 16,000 sqm. Among the tenants are NetOnNet, Willys, Elon, and Nordic Wellness.<\/p>\n
The real estate company Trappan aims to build a diversified property portfolio with active management for good value development. The company is growing with a focus on business opportunities in growing cities. Mainly in offices, Big Box (wholesale, warehousing, and light industry), and newly produced housing. Trappan aims to have a property portfolio of SEK 10 billion within five years.<\/p>\n
